He is a Finance Professional having over 35 years' experience with international companies in India and abroad, such as Godrej Soaps (Consumer Products), Metal Box, Hindustan Lever [Unilever], Aspro-Nicholas and United Spinners Nigeria.
His areas of expertise are Sales Accounting and Credit Control, Factory Accounting and Cost Control, Financial Accounting and Budgetary Control, Logistics and Inventory Control, Audit and Internal Control, MIS, Secretarial and Legal, and Project Finance. 
He has a distinguished experience in industries like FMCG, Chemicals, Packaging, Pharmaceuticals, Textiles, Commodities and Food Products. He has been associated with SVC Bank's Board since 2002 as Chairman of Audit Committee, Admin Committee and Accounting and Investment Committee as well as a member of Loans, N.P.A. and I.T Committees. Currently he is Chairman of the Board of Management.

He was the CEO of the exclusive advisors to Swiss Technology Venture Capital Fund sponsored by the Swiss Government. He was President of TDICI Ltd. now known as ICICI Venture Funds Management Co. Ltd. As part of his responsibilities he looked after the debt portfolio in ICICI Ltd. He was a part of a unique team within ICICI (1977-85) which sought to identify unmet demand in the Indian economy through project promotion by encouraging new private sector initiatives. He also looked after the Program for Advancement of Commercial Technology (PACT) sponsored by the USAID for development of innovative products/processes jointly by Indian and US companies.

He has nearly 40 years’ experience working with Bank of India. He rose through the ranks, gaining expertise in all aspects of banking, in particular Priority Sector Advances, Corporate Credit, funding of Infrastructure projects etc. He also syndicated loans for Infrastructure projects. He also had the opportunity to work at the bank's two subsidiaries - an NBFC for 5 years managing IPOs & Life Insurance company for a short tenure as AVP. He had overseas exposure at the bank's London office as Manager Credit for Bank's UK & European branches.  He retired from the bank's service as DGM of Pune Mid Corporate office. Post retirement he had an assignment for 2 years as Faculty on retainer basis at Indian Institute of Banking & Finance.

He has over 30 years of cross functional corporate experience in large Indian and Global MNCs. He started his career with NELCO, moving on to Pertech Computers, Mumbai, and subsequently Samsung Electronics, Delhi, in the area of IT Infra, Software and ERP support. He later joined IBM India, Bangalore where he worked in the area of Logistics and Human Resources. He has worked with Mahindra British Telecom (now Tech Mahindra), WNS Global, Patni Computers (now Capgemini) and Mastek in senior management positions, handling HR, Talent Acquisition, Administration & Procurement in the capacity of Vice President. He has completed a one-year Leadership Programme from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

He has over 36 years of successful experience providing techno-commercial, fiscal, strategic & operations leadership and vocational guidance in uniquely challenging situations. He has extensive experience of 24 years with Mercedes-Benz including 12 years at Board of Management level and held various senior positions as Vice-President in India and abroad. Earlier, he has worked in Oman as National Service Manager of a Distributor for Volkswagen, Audi, Peugeot & Renault. He has worked as a Commissioned Officer in Indian Navy, Engineering Branch (Military Service), as Engineer Officer in-charge of sea-going ships. He is currently engaged in pro-bono social activities with multiple charitable organizations and is also a Director on the Board of Millenium Properties Pvt. Ltd. (which operates Raigad Ropeway as one of its multiple business activities). He was a Member of the Board of Management of SVC Bank.

He has an excellent track record of over 40 years in the banking and information technology value chains, with global leaders including State Bank of India Group, IBM Global Services, HDFC Bank Ltd., Tata-Unisys Ltd., Gulf Bank – Kuwait and Tech Mahindra Ltd. Over the years, he has evolved from being a career banker to an IT Strategy and Operations leader to a Business Transformation champion, assisting enterprises to achieve leadership positions in identified business areas, leveraging information technology.

He has more than 36 years of experience in banking, mainly in the functional areas like, Retail, Commercial, Treasury, Risk Management, Investment Management and Banking Regulation spanning across India, Hong Kong, Mauritius, Kuwait & Qatar. He has worked with State Bank of India, Kuwait Real Estate Bank [later converted into an Islamic Bank by the name Kuwait International Bank], QInvest, Qatar & Qatar Central Bank [As Adviser to the Governor]

He is an accomplished financial technology professional with a strong background in driving international projects and a wealth of experience in leading strategic initiatives spanning over four decades. With a successful career spanning several prestigious institutions, including State Bank of Mauritius, IndusInd Bank, Tata Capital and Union Bank, Gautam has made significant contributions to the banking and financial services sector. He was involved in a lead role in successfully setting up organisations such as – IndusInd Bank, Tata Capital and MoTech Software. Until recently, he was the Group Chief Information Officer at State Bank of Mauritius Banking Group, Mauritius and at Tata Capital. His core strengths are in the areas of technology management, innovation and digital transformation for the Banking and Financial Services sector and also in developing business horizons and mentoring FinTech organisations. He is passionate about leveraging newer technologies and he has recently completed a course on Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He is also a sportsman, having represented Tamil Nadu in the national Ranji Trophy cricket tournament.

In a career spanning over 36 years, first with the Tata Group followed by Citibank, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in IT, Strategic Planning, Operational Excellence, Audit and Risk Management. He has served in honorary positions in charitable institutions engaged in school education and rural woman empowerment.

A seasoned Banker with 34+ years of banking experience and specialization in Corporate Credit and Risk.  She joined State Bank of India as Probationary Officer and rose up to Top Executive Grade. Her domestic assignments included Relationship Manager, Wholesale and Retail advances, Consortium Finance, Branch Manager, DGM [HR] Corporate Centre SBI and DGM Personal Banking Business Unit, Local Head Office, Chennai. She was also posted at State Bank of India, Osaka Branch – Japan as VP Credit and Operations, handling Investments and Syndicated Loans, from 2004 to 2007. During 2007-08, she was deputed as SBI Nominee Director on Boards of State Bank of Patiala and State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur. From 2010 to 2013 she was deputed to SBI General Insurance Company Ltd. as Senior Vice President (Internal Audit, Control and Risk) where she set up the Internal Audit and Risk Department and was appointed as Chief Risk Officer.

She is a seasoned professional having 35+ years of experience across banking and insurance service industries, having worked both in India and abroad for two of the largest entities in this space - State Bank of India and SBI Life Insurance. She has handled challenging assignments across a wide spectrum including, Retail Banking, Forex Transactions, International Banking, Corporate Lending & Operations, Credit Operations and Regulatory Compliance in overseas offices and Human Resources & Training (Domestic & Overseas operations). She has extensive experience in handling HR of foreign offices/subsidiaries of the Bank as well as the largest domestic subsidiary (SBI Life Insurance) of the Bank. She has worked in the capacity as Vice President – Credit Administration and Operations at New York branch of State Bank of India.

He has worked for 36 years in the Maharashtra Police Department and served in various districts of Maharashtra. He has worked with CID Crime Branch, in various operations in Mumbai City. He was also the Deputy Commissioner - Mumbai Airport Zone and Deputy Commissioner Operations - Mumbai City. He was also the Principal of Police Training College at Marol, Mumbai.
