This is to notify to the general public that some unscrupulous persons are unauthorizedly using the name of SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd. and posing themselves as employees, representatives, agents of SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd, with ulterior motive to earn wrongful gain and/or cheat the prospective job seekers and students and are fraudulently offering jobs online through certain websites or through telephone calls or by issuing fake offer letters and also demanding money. These people are also unauthorizedly using the name, trademark, domain name and logo of SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd. with a view to tarnish the image and reputation of SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd.
2. Further, SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd. does not ask, solicit and accept any monies in any form from the candidates, job applicants, potential job seekers, who have applied or wish to apply to us, whether online or otherwise as a pre-employment requirement. SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd. bears no responsibility for money taken by the fraudsters in response to such fake offers.

SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd. does not:

1. Send job offers from free email services like Gmail, Rediffmail, Yahoo mail, etc.
2. Request payment of any kind from prospective job seekers or candidates for employment;
3. Authorise anyone to collect money or arrive at any monetary arrangement in return for a job at SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd.

Please Note:

1. SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd. reserves the right to take legal action, including criminal action, against such individuals/entities; we state that we have already lodged complaints with law and order authorities about the said fraudulent actions.
2. We shall not accept any liability towards the representation made in any fraudulent communication or its consequences, and such fraudulent communication shall not be treated as any kind of offer or representation by SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd.
