Debit Card Guidelines
- Guard your Debit Card against loss or theft. Always keep your Debit Card in a safe and secure place. Treat your card as you would treat cash.
- If you have lost your Debit Card, notify us immediately by way of an SMS <STOPCARD> to 9820620454 / 8750770066
- Choose a PIN number that only you know. It is recommended that you do not use your phone number or birthday
- Guard your PIN number. Memorize it and never write it on anything you keep with you
- Keep receipts from all your debit card transactions for your records
- Review your statements immediately and investigate any unknown transactions

Hot marking of cards
Wish to hot mark your Debit Card? Just send an SMS to 9820620454 / 8750770066 from your registered mobile number, and have your Debit Card hot marked immediately. Once the card is hot marked successfully, you will receive a confirmation from the Bank.
