SVC Co-op Bank has introduced Online Dispute Redressal (ODR) wherein the customer can raise online disputes for digital channel transactions as well as banking activities.

Customer needs to click on the “Online Dispute Redressal (ODR)” link provided below, if they want to lodge a grievance. Upon lodging the grievance in ODR, the system provides a “Ticket Number “as an acknowledgement and also to track the progress of the complaint. Complainant has to preserve the “Ticket Number” for reference. This “Ticket Number” is sent to Customer’s registered email id as well as mobile number.
