  • Stop Payment: User can now register an online request to stop payment against any uncleared Cheque via NetBanking
  • Cheque Book: Raise a request for a new Cheque book via NetBanking. This request gets forwarded to the Base Branch from where the user may collect their new Cheque book, on receiving confirmation from the branch officials
  • Draft Issue: Raise a request for Demand Draft / Pay Order (DD / PO) via NetBanking. This request gets forwarded to the Base Branch from where the user may collect their DD / PO, the next working day 
  • Request MMID: Generate MMID for transferring funds using IMPS via NetBanking
  • Change Debit Card PIN: User can change their Debit Card PIN via NetBanking
  • Set Debit Card PIN: User can set a PIN for their new Debit Card online, and activate their Card for digital transactions
  • Stop Debit Card: User can now permanently stop / block their Debit Card online via NetBanking in case of suspicious / fraudulent Debit Card transaction/s
  • Submit 15 G/H Form: Users can submit Form 15 G/H online to ensure the Bank does not deduct TDS on interest, if total income is not taxable
  • Manage Card Usage: Enable / Disable Debit Card usage for E-commerce and International Transactions to ensure enhanced safety of Debit Cards, when not in use
  • Request Limit Modification: Set limits on transactions to be executed via NetBanking

FAQ

Default transaction limit on Internet banking is INR 3,00,000. However, user can increase / decrease the limits as per their comfort up to INR 10,00,000 through their Internet Banking login.

Password can be changed after user has logged in by using the "Change password" option in the top part of the screen. User needs to input their current password and the new password in the respective boxes.

SVC Bank's Internet banking Facility provides complete banking solution with various services like Balance Enquiry, Account Statements, Funds Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), Booking of Term Deposits online, Debit Card Services (Set/Reset PIN, Block Debit Card, Manage Card Usage), Set Transaction Limits, Apply for Cheque Book / Pay Orders, etc.

Individual Accounts holders can register for Internet Banking through the Bank's Website. Customers can also register by submitting Personal / Corporate Internet banking application forms to their Base Branch

SVC Bank provides Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) facility for non-individual / institutional accounts in Maker-Checker format. Eligible account holders need to provide the CIB Application Form along with a Resolution in bank's prescribed format.

SVC Bank Customers will get “All Services” of Internet Banking, where the Account’s Mode of Operation is Single/ Either or Survivor/ Anyone or Survivor Only viewing of account, i.e. “Balance & Statement” option will be provided to accounts, where the Mode of Operation is Jointly / Any two Jointly/ All Jointly / Specific Instructions
