How to earn Reward Points

    10 Reward Points, per transaction, on minimum amount of INR 1000 (Maximum 200 Reward Points per month, per account)
  • Bill Payment
    25 Reward Points, per transaction/ 50 Reward Points, per AutoPay transaction (Maximum 200 Reward Points per month, per account)
  • NEFT/RTGS
    10/ 20 Reward Points, per transaction, on minimum amount of INR 1000/ INR 200000 (Maximum 200 Reward Points per month, per account)
  • UPI
    10 Reward Points, per transaction, on minimum amount of INR 250 (Maximum 200 Reward Points per month, per account)

    100 Reward Points, per transaction, on minimum amount of INR 1000 (Maximum 400 Reward Points per month, per account)

SVC Rewards is a customized Rewards Program exclusively built to reward SVC bank customers for usage of SVC Bank’s various Digital Platforms and make them redeem points against purchase of various products & services.

  • All individual Saving Accounts are eligible for SVC Rewards Program.
  • Current Accounts, HUF, Institutions Accounts and Saving Accounts having Internet Banking Restrictions (namely, SVC Star /BSBDA/Small Savings Account/Accounts with Specific Mode of Operations as “All Jointly”, Illiterate Customer’s Account where Internet Banking is not provided, etc) will not be eligible for SVC Rewards Program.

SVC Bank customers will get rewarded with points for every transaction they make using their Debit Cards, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and various other avenues as disclosed by the Bank from time to time. These points can then be redeemed on SVC Rewards platform for a wide range of products, gift vouchers, mobile/DTH recharge, and much more.

No, there are no charges to be a part of SVC rewards. It is a Program specially crafted to reward the loyalty of SVC Bank customers.

SVC Rewards Program works on “Account Wise” basis. Every account will be individually holding its own rewards. Account being used for executing a transaction will become eligible for earning rewards.

No, rewards cannot be transferred from one account to another.
