Safe Banking
- SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd., or any of its representatives, will never send you an e-mail / SMS or call you over the phone asking for your login credentials, i.e. Login ID, Login Password, Transaction Password, etc.
- Any such e-mail / SMS or phone call, if received, is an attempt to fraudulently withdraw money from your account through Internet Banking. Never respond to such e-mails, SMSes and / or phone calls. Please report any such incident immediately on netbanking@svcbank.com. Please note that the Bank is not responsible for any erroneous or wrong transaction made by you. Also, the Bank shall not be responsible for the misuse of your account arising from any wrong, inadvertent or other kind of disclosure of such details by you.
- If any unauthorized transaction is noticed by you in your account, please contact base Branch (during working hours) or report immediately to netbanking@svcbank.com.
Important notice:
- A security vulnerability known as Padding Oracle On Downgraded Legacy Encryption ("POODLE") affecting some web browsers (eg. Internet Explorer 6 and below) was discovered recently. To ensure you are well protected, please update your Browser.
